TMI pics, vaginal tears??

So these pictures are bad so don’t click unless you wanna see. Im 20 weeks pregnant and stuff has been weekend down there since. Recently me and my boyfriend have had some problems and broke up. While we were broke up he had sex with someone else. I know, pretty whack. But we ended up having sex before he even told me. So I’ve had problems down there for about 2 weeks. The inside of my vagina lips have these rips. I even have some up by my clit. Now I’ve been putting coconut oil on it and everything but every time I wash in the shower, it seems to just rip it back again. I’m not rough or anything. I don’t know how it really happened, and I don’t know how to go about it ??? There are also like small raw spots.
