Booting my supply
So I’ve kinda slacked off a bit with pumping and nursing with having two kids now a toddler and newborn it’s been hectic and hard to keep up harder than I thought. I still will nurse here and there but not as much as I know I should be doing. So my question is how can I get back on track? I noticed my supply had taken a hit from this slacking off and I want to bring it back for my son. Any suggestions you mamas have will be greatly appreciated.
