Best one? I’m trying it out but nervous it will leak. Also are there certain ones you can have sex with while it’s in?

I have the saalt cup and it's literally the best thing ever. I have the bigger version for heavier flows

I believe theres a kind that's like a cup . But you throw it away . And you can have sex with it in . I think it's called flex or something like that.  I just ordered my saalt cup !! Hoping it works out and I stick with it !!
