PLS HELP!! What kind of bite is this?!?!

I’m freaking out. I know 100% it isn’t a mosquito bite. It isn’t itchy, it hurts like a mf and has a small blister. I have no clue what this is. I live in northern Ontario so we don’t really have any poisonous insects but I’m still damn scared. What does this look like? It’s on the inside of my upper arm
