So Thursday was an unexpected whirlwind day! I way lay in bed after a night of no sleep (🤪🤪) to a trickle which soon turned into a gush of fluid...Baby A waters broke at 10am!

Called husband at work to tell him, his response '...shit' 😂 luckily had my hospital bag packed and some baby clothes washed which soon got threw into a bag. Husband home by 10.30 and we are on our way to the hospital which luckily is only 15 mins away

Contractions felt to me like period pain 🤷‍♀️ I didnt know they were contractions and just thought it was pain from waters breaking until I was monitored on arrival. They found both heart beats fine, but upon examination I was already 4cm 😳😳

All systems go and im on the operating table at 12.01 as both babies are breach

2 hours 25 mins start to finish! They have both been taken to neonatal care for oxygen but otherwise doing really well 😍😍😍 not sure how long they will stay in but hoping we can take our family home soon

After 13 days in NICU we are home as a family of 4 😍😍😍
