Hey all, my periods are still irregular (I’m a teen) and I just got mine again after missing 2 and it is extremely heavy and I keep leaking onto everything!!!

The problem is I’m going out with a friend tonight to the cinema and then for dinner but I’m so scared there’s going to be a leakage and I feel bad if I cancel. I only wear pads as I can never get a tampon in and I’m unsure how to stop my flow from staining or leaking. Any advice is super appreciated x
