I had a medical abortion two months ago almost exactly. I had what I assumed was my first period after about 5 weeks and then the bleeding stopped, but spotting still comes and goes. I’ve noticed it starts again after sex, and it’ll be light pink spotting, but other times it’ll be a light flow of black blood . Is this normal ? They said 4-6 weeks the bleeding should stop and once I get my cycle things should return to normal, but it doesn’t feel very normal.
