I had pretty bad cramps for a couple weeks after I got it inserted but feel great after. Occasionally I spot after sex and have the occasional cramping after sex. But I am overall very happy with my kyleena.

The insertion and days after were the worst pains of my life it was awful. But now its been almost two years and I enjoy it. My periods are super light and it’s helped with my cramps a lot.

So I have spotting after sex, and had cramping after sex for awhile! It was so weird! Also ovarian cysts

I just got Kyleena fitted a couple of hours ago... Its my first ever coil. I've been having extremely bad cramps since I got it fitted...it comes and goes in waves but when it hurts its agony!! Is this normal? Did everyone else experience this or is it something I should be worried about? I took Naproxen and cocodamol before it but doesn't seem to have helped the pain 😣 xx
