I would call your doctor to be sure, but when my oldest was a baby she ran a fever for a couple of days and once it broke she developed a rash just like that as a result. Very common to have a skin reaction after a feverbreaks I was told by my doctor.

Hmm I would call his doctor and keep an eye on that! If he’s got a fever with the rash it could be something like chickenpox or measles (hopefully not). Otherwise the rash could be skin irritation or heat rash. But definitely call the doctor.

My son just had this. Dr said it is enterovirus. His rash looked almost the same.

It could be the 3-day-fever. That’s pretty much exactly what it looked like when my daughter had it. But of course I’m not a doctor and with a baby this young it’s best not to take chances. I would show it to the pediatrician.
