It could be acid reflux. It’s fairly common. They can give you medicine for it

Drink lemon water and apple cider vinegar in water. If it is acid reflux the problem comes from not having enough acid in your body so your body tries to make some causing the reflux. If you can consistently drink both of these in water a few times a day there is a good chance it will fix the problem.
