I just had my baby 10 days ago and find I’ve been slouching so much, it’s starting to hurt my back. Has anyone used one of these for back support postpartum? Is it worth the purchase?

Btw yes I know my phones about to die😝

I used post party leggings that were great for the back support. One less layer too. Mine were the belly bandit mother tucker leggings

Wear it regularly but make sure you do small exercises every day to help with core strength and pelvic muscle control. It will help you in the long run to recognize when you are starting to slouch and correct the behavior.

If you'll use this with the intention to improve your statue I would say don't do it. You need to train your muscles so they'll get stronger and you will be able to have a good posture. This will only weaken your back muscles and that in time might even make your issue worse.
