Wat should I do if my husband deploys?

Hey guys! My husband might be deploying some time next year. I need some advice on what to do. would it be a good idea to go back home with my family until he comes back or should I stay at my house? People have been telling me yes and no and i’ve just been going back and forth on what to do. If you are in a similar situation please, feel free to give me any advice. :)  we have no kids or pets, its just me, myself, and my husband.

My husband deployed for 9 months last year. We owned a home, so we decided to send me back home to my parents to rent our home out. We saved $1400 a month in BAH alone, so it was really easy for us to save a TON of money each month. My parents didn’t mind me moving back in (they’d love it if my husband and I were to move in forever, tight knit family). 
When he returned we just bought another home while continuing to rent out the other home. When we PCS we will do the same, rent the one we’re currently living in out. 
If you want to keep base housing, you won’t be guaranteed a spot when we returns and will likely be on a wait list. If you’re okay with renting an off-post home or apartment, I’d say go for it to save all of his BAH. If moving home will put you in a bind though because you prefer to stay on base, I would stay behind.

I stayed because we didn't want to have to find housing all over again when he got back. Even if living on post they couldn't guarantee getting us back into a unit and I did not want to move all of our stuff or store it somewhere. 
It was definitely lonely being all alone, but I had family come visit as much as possible. And I just stayed busy by working, and making friends. Luckily I knew some of the other wives from the same unit so we got together about once a week for drinks and dinner.
