Low Lying Placenta - Masturbation Okay??

After my 22 weeks scan, my doctor told me I have a low lying placenta (within 1 cm of cervix). I’ll be going back in for a follow up ultrasound at 28 weeks to see if my placenta has moved up at all.

Until then, she said no sex, but does that include clitoral stimulation? I haven’t had any bleeding or other issues, but I also don’t want to put my baby at risk if it could potentially cause harm. Anyone else have experience?
