Mine aren't saggy, but they were very small before I had children. They are also east-west shaped and I was always self conscious about them. My husband is the only man I've ever been with and he's never said a bad word about them. And any time I've voiced my displeasure about them, he assures me that he loves them just as they are.
Any man that would insult any part of your body is not a man that you want to sleep with OR have a relationship with.
