I’m of the Philosophy that when they are ready they will let you know. We’ve talked about wearing underwear and using the potty. We’ve had a potty for her in our bathroom since she could walk at 10.5months. We tried when she was 2 and she just wasn’t ready. I don’t want to force or scare her to use the potty.

Thursday morning she woke up and told me she wanted to wear underwear. I told her if she wore underwear that meant she had to on pee and poop in the potty. She told me no. I decided in that moment to make a sticker chart. I told her for every time she pees or poops on the potty she can put a sticker. When the chart is all filled up she can get a big prize. The excitement of putting stickers on the paper is what got her. She had 1 accident the first day 3 accidents the second day and 0 accidents on day 3! Day 3 we went grocery shopping and to a bday party no pull up just underwear!!

My baby girl is out of diapers!!! And baby brother will be here in 12days!
