Those of you who have, or know of someone that has, had ovarian cancer what were your symptoms before you were diagnosed? Ovarian cancer runs heavily in my family & I have a GYN appointment next week. My period is now 40 days late, I’m not pregnant (I’ve checked numerous times) I’m cramping & have severe lower abdominal pain. I haven’t had any bleeding, but an enormous amount of discharge every time I go to the bathroom. It’s always clear and runny, never white with an odor or anything. I have no clue what’s going on, hoping to get answers soon!
