My daughter is almost 3 weeks. When she was born my supply came in fine. Since she was early they had me pump a couple times at the hospital but since it was coming in fine and what I pumped was going to waste, I stopped pumping. Then at 2 weeks she had a lot of reflux amd kept choking when it came in. Yet now after 5-6 minutes it seems to be empty and she gives up and goes back to sleep only to be hungry 90mins later. I lobe not being overly engorged anymore but now wonder if I have enough supply. How do I know amd how can I boost it back up so my kiddo can eat the whole 15 mins she used to?
