I drink a cup of coffee every day (but didn’t during my first trimester).

i didn’t during the 1st or 2nd trimester at all but this third trimester has me exhausted with insomnia, so i opted for some caffeine lol

I have chronic migraines and can't take any of my normal medications so my doctor said it was okay to have small amounts of caffeine to help keep my migraines in control

I have probably 150 mg a day in an iced cappuccino from Tim Hortons. Need the sugar been drinking it mostly since 25 weeks. Before that nothing really except pop at work to keep me going

I’ve been drinking it from the beginning, but I cut down significantly! If I drink coffee, I won’t order tea. One cup pretty much every day!
