Possiable Pregnancy question

So I had a quick question when you become pregnant between 1-2 weeks what were some of the symptoms? I have a full chest, and one nipple that is very very unbarely sore. Sorry Tmi ! But I needed to see if that is early possible in pregnancy sign Thank you ! Again sorry TMI
