Can I legally change my mind?

I got a new car today that my fiancé really wanted me to get, but I have changed my mind and I want to give it back. I was approved by the bank and even signed all the paperwork today, but I now changed my mind on such a large commitment (5 years) and I want to give it back. Any lawyers or car dealers that know what I can do? I got it through Chevy. I’m freaking out!!

Depends on your state law...sometimes u can change your mind until 72 hours passes.

You’d have to check with the dealership. Sometimes you can within a certain amount of time. Otherwise you’d have to sell it or trade it in

I think most dealerships have a warranty sometimes up to a month for you to bring it back. My car did I got it from Carmax. Check their site and if you don’t see it there give them a phone call and then proceed from there. Hope everything works out !

I think it’s up to the dealership. Some will give you a return window, but not all.
