How do I tighten it? Anyone recommend any creams? I can't afford surgery

You just gave birth... it takes a while to tighten back up .. do sit ups. You dont need surgery

10 years after my first son my skin never tightened back up. My skin has a 3 inch sag. I am only a size 4 regularly, but I have to tuck the sag in.
