Hours of bloating not moving an inch 😒
Like omg mine started yesterday (after work thank goodness and the day before my off days) and I've had gas just sit in my abdomen region for hours! And I've tried everything to get rid of it (moving around, bathroom, drinking water, GasX, and even my boyfriend rubbing my stomach) but it won't budge no matter what I do 😣 anyone have any ideas for bad bloating?!
