So how far along is 6 months im only 22 weeks and 3 days.

Six months is 28 weeks. You are in your sixth month starting on week 23.

I’ll class myself as 6 months pregnant on the 29th July, as I’m due the 29th October. Im almost 27 weeks at the moment

24 weeks is technically the 6 month mark. You really shouldn't go by months as there are different number of days in each month. It's not terribly accurate and is which we dont use it in the health field. If you consider 4 weeks to a month, 6x4 is 24 weeks. That's why 40 weeks/10 months is 4 weeks per month. Hope that makes sense.
