Haven’t had my period yet only 10dpo but I’m so sick yesterday and today and cramps also exhausted ? Could I be pregnant and having symptoms so early ?

I’m 10dpo and having the same symptoms as well as hip pain. Like a shooting pain in my hip that makes me alsmost fall when it happens. This happened with my first. Also sharp breast and nipple pain. My cervix is usual soft at his point but today it was super hard just like it was with my first. Have you tested yet? I tested today with fmu and I’m feeling hopeful now!
