What is going on

So I have a GYNO appt in a few weeks but some carzy shit has been happening. So I had sex unprotected around the beginning of the month started a UTI . Got meds for it . Lately my vulva has been very very irritated and I think peeling like dry skin. There no bumps or anything and all my STD test have been negitve so idk what's happening. Also there little bumps on my butt and the lil crack on top im thinking excema but I have no idea please help the picture is pretty grafic but I want y'all to see what I mean also please don't be mean I jsut want sum help
