Next morning nose piercing. What is this white looking thing?

Door for posting so much on here in these past few days😭😭 I just got my nose pierced yesterday and when I woke up i immediately clean it because I thought it had sunken in al little from my sleep. I don’t think it did I think it just crusted up a good bit on the outside so I got all that sorted out and then I noticed a little white thing right on the piercing or maybe a little next to it. It’s not puss I don’t think or crust because I can’t wipe it off. Its like it’s a pimple under my piercing🤷🏼‍♀️ I feel like it may be a pimple because I was recently having pimples pop up on my nose this week or maybe some ripped skin?? Idk I’m kinda just worried about it because it won’t come off it’s like under my skin I feel

That’s what it looks like but like I said I got all the other crusties off and this one just won’t come off and like I said it seems like it’s under the skin
