Gotten pregnant with high prolactin? No medication needed?

Answer

No my cycles were very unpredictable when my prolactin was high. I don’t think I ever would have conceived without being on medication. Took bromocriptine and I was a perfect 28 days and conceived my son. 
Oddly enough, after I had my son, we started ttc again, and I had my levels retested (no medication), and my prolactin levels were naturally normal again. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I conceived again after 4 months, but I was taking letrozole this round.

Answer

Not pregnant yet. I have high prolactin and start my first IVF cycle this week.
