Is it too late?

So I had my LO a month ago exactly. I have been formula feeding her. Here recently she has had so much trouble with the formula and I thought about starting to breastfeed. I’m afraid it’s too late. I bought a breast pump and pumped a little under an oz in 15 minutes. Any tips on how to get milk supply up? TIA

Look up relactation... kellymom has really good tips on exactly that. It’s a little work, but it’s definitely possible.

Find a lactation consultant to work with you on this. It can be a lot. They also might have some great formula feeding tips - if you find the right one! Don’t be afraid to interview them and meet with a few people. It’s kinda a funny, intimate, relationship that is built. Especially if you’re a first time mom.

pump and put her on the breast as much as possible.  things like oatmeal are great for supply, you can find lots of cookie recipes that might help. and water. drink it like a fish
