Constipation?

What can I take for constipation? I haven’t pooped for like 3 days and feel HUGE

Prune juice, mirilax, stool softeners, all worked for me at varying stages of pregnancy and  constipation.

Stay super hydrated and eat more fruits like grapes or melon to help get things moving and adding like some benefiber or something daily will also help

Miralax worked for me but it takes a couple days to really work. I had the same problem and started taking shots (everyday) of prune juice. It’s so gross but for myself I rather do that then be constipated like I was!
