I'm 23, almost 24 weeks pregnancy and something has been scaring me lately. I've noticed when I go the bathroom after wiping it feels like my vaginal area is swollen or puffy and like my uterus or something is literally coming out! Also have tons of pressure along with Braxton Hicks!

Also, idk if this is just a pregnancy thing but if I move back or fourth on the toilet, a gush of what I am assuming pee comes out?
