Period cramps
On the first day on my period. I have really bad unbearable period cramps. I also have nausea and I puke even when I drink water. I feel like I’m going to faint and feel very delirious. I’m sweating and shaking and I want to know if other people go through this. I have to mess at least a day every month for school since the pain is really bad.
