Let’s just stop

I have encountered too many people in my walk of life who have been hurt by the church. Not the building, but the vessels inside.

Just because someone looks different doesn’t mean they don’t love God or have a relationship with Him. It doesn’t mean that someone can tell them they’re living this terrible life of sin & throw stones. Because last I checked Christ responded in GRACE!

It’s not to say there isn’t a “lifestyle” change that should happen for Christians, & that we shouldn’t be representing Christ. What is means is it looks differently for everyone!!!!! In every aspect.

People can not impose lifestyle change on other people!!!! Period.

Someone shouldn’t tell you how to dress, how to speak, how to act, what to listen to, what to watch, etc.

When you have a relationship with God HE TELLS YOU! IN HIS TIME! There’s no middle man there. There’s only YOU & HIM!

So on behalf of MOST Christians I’m sorry if you’ve been hurt by the church. There’s no excuse for the experiences some have had because of lifestyle decisions. Let God show you the way. Don’t trust your salvation in the hands of imperfect people.

& for us Christians who have judged others, shame on you. Be the BRIDGE! Be the mercy you yourself have had to receive.
