Need tips for anticipated nicu stay
I’m giving birth on Tuesday (medical induction) and I’ve been told I will get about 1-2 minutes with baby before she’s whisked away to nicu where I won’t be able to follow for a couple hours (need to deliver placenta, etc)... how do I mentally prepare for her to get taken away like that? I can handle all the tests and treatments... I just don’t know if I can handle my empty arms after delivery 🥺
