Hi, so I have been on my period since 5/24 because I had the Kyleena low hormone IUD inserted on 5/28. Is this normal?

I am getting married on 8/5 (one week from today), and going on my honeymoon 8/6. My fiancé and I have never had sex and I really don’t want to be on my period for our trip. I’m debating on taking a birth control pill to stop my period, but I’ve had really bad reactions to the pill in the past (vomiting, hormonal mood swings, bloating). Idk what to do and didn’t know if anyone has ever gone through this with an IUD.
