Nerves are Getting to Me!

I’m 15 and I’m getting my Kyleena IUD placed tomorrow. I’m worried about how long I’ll be spotting and bleeding after getting it placed. Also, I hear the insertion is painful... and that’s freaking me out. All help and/or reassurance appreciated!
