Husband gave 3 week baby an old bottle

I got out of the shower and he said he gave the baby a bottle. Shocked I asked what bottle as I had no formula left. He said he gave the baby a bottle that was on the desk.

I asked for the bottle and tasted the milk. It was sour. 😭 what am I looking at here? I’m terrified! He said it was about half an ounce or an ounce. I’m so worried.
