Coming off of Depo Provera

I've only had two injections, January and then April. I was supposed to get my third injection on July 21st but decided early July that I would not be getting any more injections. I only had one regular period in January and then February had one full month of bleeding and then stopped menstruating completely. It's been five months without my period and I feel AWFUL. I was depressed and moody before but it has amplified everything and I feel lifeless. I want my cycle back. Does anybody know how long it will take to start bleeding/spotting? And does anyone have tips for helping cycle return naturally? Thank you 🖤
