Early pregnancy..

Girls I just wanted to know your thoughts, I was not trying for a baby and now I’m nervous. If I conceived it would have been 8 days ago.. last night I noticed my boobs are so sore! I don’t ever remember them being this sore and I’m so tired. I feel like I’m putting 2 and 2 together and making 6. But surely that’s too early to be having any symptoms??
