Any ideas ladies? It’s not red when she wakes up and starts to look irritated throughout the day.

My daughter has similar and I worked out she scratches and irritates her thighs with her fingernails when flapping about like they do.

Both my kids have it and it's confirmed by their doctor that's it's eczema. Heat, sweat wrong soap makes it worse

I think heat rash, my lo has them they come and go all day from the heat we have atm and me holding him on and off all day too xx

Could it just be red from holding her and your heat, like possibly a little heat rash? If it’s not there when she wakes up, doesn’t seem like it would be a rash of any kind because they typically don’t come and go like that.
