Am I seeing things?

I have come off the pill the beginning of this month after being on it for 9 years, now 10 DPO and AF is due in 4 days. Having severe bouts of nausea today and generally feel unwell. I can’t quite believe that there could be a second faint line on my first month of ttc! 
What does everyone think?
