Quick lunch
Made this chili-lime shrimp for a quick lunch.
Also started this recipe I found for a Mississippi Pot roast- can’t wait for it to be done!

Edit: this should go without saying but I am eating sides with my dinner, it just isn’t cooked in the crockpot with it.
But I don’t focus too much on nutritional value, or sit and count carbs and calories.
Sometimes I eat super healthy, sometimes I binge on fast food for weeks, but everytime I eat what I like.
I’m happy and healthy so thanks for concerns but it’s not needed.
However if you made some bomb ass meals lately, or today- healthy or not, I’d love to see them.
