Higher BP but no preeclampsia??

I am 32 weeks 3 days pregnant. My blood pressure has been very low this whole pregnancy but last week my body went into "false labor" and I have had contractions with no pattern at all, back pain, hip pain and higher blood pressure since. I also have a slightly dialated cervix which also moved into the anterior position.

My doctor had me get checked for preeclampsia and it was negative.

My normal resting calm BP is 135/82 (my doctor is having me keep a record) and I has always been so low that I would almost pass out since week 3 of pregnancy. I am worried about my BP and the fact my cervix changed along with contractions that haven't gone away I have no clue what is going on. Anyone else had this happen?
