I planned for a natural and at 41 weeks she turned herself breech previously she was engaged and I was 2cm dilated and 80% effaced.  So I had to have a csection. H.A.T.E.D. every single aspect of it. 🤬

Assisted delivery (forceps). Was hoping for a natural birth but it wasn't to be! LO just didn't want to come out and after hours of pushing my contractions stopped so the decision for assisted delivery was made. From that point on the delivery was super quick!

I had planned for a natural vaginal birth, that turned into a c-section after I was bullied into an induction I didn’t need.  Got to 9cm and baby’s heart rate started dropping.  If I have another.....I have no idea if I want a repeat C or if I want to attempt a VBAC.

I had to have pitocin and penicillin since inwas supposed to have my GSB swabs or whatever it was called the day I had her. I think that hurt worse than the labor pains. My nurse had to rig up my IV 6 different ways to keep it from burning in my veins since it took them 5 tries to get the IV placed. I looked like I was a drug addict when I left the hospital because my arms were so bruised. 😂

i was planning on a natural birth even without meds but whew.. i changed my mind quick once the contractions at the hospital got so bad i couldnt take the pain anymore so i ended up getting an epidural at 8cm after that it was all nice & smooth i was able to nap but then out of nowhere i started getting a fever, & it wasnt going away i tried to push for about 7 times & baby boy wasnt trying to come down he was still a little high & my doctor was worried about my fever that wasnt going away so i had to get a c-section. come to find out baby boy did poop inside & had swallowed the meconium so it caused an infection for him & he had to stay in the nicu for 7 days.

I was induced on Pitocin and delivered with only gas and air. It was the most exhilarating moment of my life! I want to do it over and over again just to feel the high of delivering naturally. I may be a little weird 🤣

I went into my first delivery planning on not getting an epidural but after 72 hours of labor and pushing for 6 hours I ended up getting one and actually it make it worse. I get these strange pains in my arms and still felt mostly everything. My second pregnancy I had some serious PTSD and was in denial I was in labor until it was too late. We got to the hospital just in time I had my daughter as soon as I got in the room. Barely had to push.. my third I knew how bad it fucking hurt so I wanted to plan on getting an epidural but yet again didn’t have time to get one before he decided it was time. I was only at the hospital for an hour and progressed very quickly, the nurses refused to give me an epidural thinking it would take much longer 😡 but honestly once they’re out the pain is gone and it makes life a lot easier being able to get up and walk around and shower right away! If I had to do it again I’d skip the epidural again.

I desperately wanted to have a baby naturally but it wasn't in the cards for me. With my first my water broke at home and I was in labor for 11 hours before starting to push. I pushed for nearly 3 hours with no progress so I ended up having a c-section. He was 9lbs 13oz so that explained that lol. With my second my OB gave me the go ahead to try a VBAC. A week before my due date my amniotic fluid levels started dropping drastically and there were no signs of labor so, after many years, I ended up having a repeat c-section. When I got pregnant with my third my OB said if I went into labor naturally before 39weeks I could try for a VBAC but that didn't happen so I had my last little girl at exactly 39 weeks via C-section. 😁
