Should I bring my boppy (nursing pillow) to the hospital ?

Question

FTM. I’m scheduled for a c section on the 5th and getting my last few things packed up in the bag .  
I know c sections usually calls for longer stay at the hospital so I would think having the pillow there might be helpful .
What do you think? 
P.S storage won’t be an issue. Im not packing much as my hospital provides everything baby needs and we’re throwing it all in a medium size suitcase with wheels to make it easier

I didn't take it when I had my first, and it's the main thing I wish I would have had! Definitely taking it this time. Propping up my first baby with 5 hospital pillows was super annoying.

I’ve read that the hoppy is great not only for nursing after c section but also holding around stomach when you have to cough or sneeze. My c section is scheduled for August 9 and I’m bringing it.

Yes!! Boppy was a lifesaver when I had my csection! It really helped keep the pressure off my scar while I was breastfeeding my daughter!!

I didnt take mine mainly because I forgot it but pillows worked fine and when I did get home the type of boppy pillow I have was super uncomfortable on my incision so I never ever used it. I’m not going to take it this to me either one less thing to pack around

Yes take it! I was so grateful to have my boppy for the ride home. I kept it against my incision and it made the ride bearable.

Yesssd you should I didn’t and my shoulders were so sore from that hospital bed that I could have def used it to help with holding the baby
