Bad heart burn for two days now, extremely gassy, had constipation now diarrhea (sorry TMI), dull cramping in lower stomach and weird little pains in my left ovary. Also for a few days I was eating everything in sight but now bc of the heartburn I don’t even wanna eat. My period is due to come tomorrow but I took a dollar general test today and it said negative. Could I be pregnant or is it just my period.
