My 9 month old just started waking at 3:30am after sleeping through the night since 2 months old but I just change her give her a bottle and put her back down and she's good until 7:30-8:00am. I think it's teething too but could be sleep regression. She's sleeping more during the day though

Could be teething, could be 9 month sleep regression (for us it lasted about a week), growth sprut... who knows! The only valuable thing I read on this - do not create bad habits to solve for short phase. Like if baby is waking up in the middle of the night and you are so exhausted and just want to sleep uninterrupted, you want to put him in your bed to co sleep, so you get some rest. Do not do that :) stick to your routine! It’s a phase and it’ll pass!
