Baby ok?

Can doctors check if the “baby” is okay at 4weeks ? 
I have a doctors appt today because I had some cramps lastnight, and they were pretty bad.. but no bleeding
Is there anyway the doctors can check to see if the baby is ok?

Ive been having cramps the whole time specially when I’m active. I’m 11 weeks. Drink lots of water.

Likely, they won’t be able to see baby on an US.
You definitely wouldn’t be able to hear a heart beat, so it would just add to the stress.
Everything you’re experiencing is normal! Wait until your little babe is a bit bigger and you’ll be able to see/hear them 💗

I had a ultrasound 4+4, there was a little dot but that's it. Another was 8+4 and then we heard his heartbeat
