i was just sorting out my laptop on the floor when i felt something fall out of my vagina 😂😂 it felt like a lot of blood so i went to the toilet and it was quite a big clot and it was accompanied by what i think was clotted discharge

i got my nexplanon put in on 4th July and got my period on sunday but it’s very light and pretty much nothing until i got that clot

my period used to be light/medium and last 6 days, this period has been so far 3 days

should i be worried about the clot?
