Anyone else resigning from work to be a SAHM?

I’ve been a school teacher the past 8 years, and have decided to resign and be a stay at home mom. I’m very excited!! I know that it will have its own challenges, but I’m looking forward to spending the first years of our little girl’s life at home with her! Anyone else making a transition to SAHM? 💗

I’ve been a SAHM for 7 years now and wouldn’t change a thing!  It’s hard but very rewarding. It’s the best feeling when people tell me how well behaved and kind my kids are. It just reaffirms that I’m doing something right lol

I couldn’t do it. My mental health took a massive hit on my last maternity leave. I was off work for 10 months all together, you are brave. Good luck to you! 💓

I did it 3 years ago when I was pregnant with my 3rd! Until then I worked. I'm still paying for my master's degree lol

I wish!! Maybe not long term but I would love the opportunity to be a SAHM for a year at least!
