My husband is an Anthony and he doesn’t like any of the immediately obvious nicknames. He’s ok with Ace and Tone, but even then not really. If you do a J middle name you can do “AJ”.

We call my husband Ant and Tone

Random but toaster is what I call my brother Anthony. It turned into that after calling him Tonster for the longest.
